  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Make a well in the center.
  2. In another bowl, beat hemp milk, egg and oil until well mixed.
  3. Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture. Fold the mixture until combined but do not over mix.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on a pan that heated over medium to high heat.
  5. Pour one small scoop of batter on a hot griddle. Flip the pancake one bubbles form on the surface of the batter.
  6. The pancake is ready as both sides turn brown.
  7. Serve hot with maple syrup.
