Kung Pao Chicken (宫保鸡丁) is a classic Chinese dish with stir-fried chicken and vegetables in a savoury, sweet and spicy Kung Pao sauce – the gelling factor which gives soul to this very classic.
Recreating the Kung Pao sauce is extremely easy.
